2. Description of the Service
BridgeLog is a geolocation-first application that allows users to track, record, and verify the lifecycle and location of recycled materials. The Service is intended to promote transparency, accountability, and traceability in material reuse and recycling by capturing device-tagged locations and photos.
3. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service.
- By using BridgeLog, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
4. User Accounts
- You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and any API keys or access tokens, if applicable.
- You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
- If you suspect unauthorized use of your account, you must notify us immediately.
5. Use of the Service
- You agree to use BridgeLog only for lawful purposes related to recycling, material tracking, or other intended uses of the Service.
- You may not interfere with or disrupt the Service, including attempting to hack, overload, or reverse-engineer the system.
- You may not submit fraudulent or misleading recycling data.
- You may not use the Service to transmit harmful code, spam, or malicious content.
6. Location and Data Records
BridgeLog records location events and uploads to provide verifiable geolocation proof. Data stored in BridgeLog can be updated or corrected by authorized users where appropriate. By using the Service, you acknowledge and agree that:
- Location events reflect device-tagged uploads and other recorded movements.
- You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of information you submit.
- We retain records according to our data retention policy and applicable laws.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, software, logos, trademarks, and designs used in connection with BridgeLog are owned by BridgeLog or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

9. Fees and Payments

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BridgeLog and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, profits, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BridgeLog, its affiliates, employees, and partners from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the jurisdiction in which BridgeLog is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration, unless prohibited by law.
